Holiday House Rules
We are pleased to welcome you to our house.
To make your stay a pleasant one, we ask you to keep the following things in mind:
- The parking spaces for the house are located below and above the house. The landlord assigns the spots.
Ski cellar: We assume no liability for your ski equipment. Please keep skis and ski boots only in the ski room and lock the door. - Please do not light candles in our wooden house and do not use fireworks in front of the house. The tiled stove is heated by us, please do not throw garbage into it!
- Smoking is not permitted in the house, there is a smoking area in front of the house.
- Please note that visitors from neighbouring houses are not allowed.
- When leaving the house, please make sure that all electrical appliances are turned off and the front door is locked.
- A fee of € 150,– will be charged, if the key is lost. On departure, the key must be returned.
- Departure is no later than 9.00 am. Please leave the house as you found it. Please inform us immediately if something is broken, we have a household insurance for that. If damage is not reported, photos will be taken, and the amount of damage will be charged.
- In case of wilful property damage, the reservation will be cancelled immediately.
- The balconies are not usable and the balcony doors locked. We assume no liability for any accidents.
- A deposit of € 350,– (from 7 days) is to be paid in cash on arrival. It will be returned one day after departure if there is no damage and the house has been cleaned (bed sheets removed, dishes cleaned, etc.).
- The maximum number of people (12) may not be exceeded. This includes children and babies.
- No pets allowed!
