Reservations are only valid in writing. Advance payment is 25% of costs of accomodation, either via credit card or transfer (payment must occur within a fortnight).

- final cleaning 150,-
- In winter, as well as in July and August (high season), the arrival day is Saturday. The minimum stay is 6-7 nights.
- The deposit is 350.- ( if you stay one week) We give it back when the house is clean and nothing is broken.
- Minimum stay is 4-5 nights
- We take at check in a deposit of 350.- Euro and send it back after check out if nothing is broken.
