Payment / Cancellation
Reservations are only valid in writing. Advance payment is 25% of costs of accomodation, only transfer.
Bank data will be forwarded.
Cancellation Fee: (valid only in writing)
- no cancellation fee up to 3 months in advance
- 3 monts up to 1 month in advance 40% of costs of accomodation will be charged
- 1 month up to 1 week – 70%
- 1 week – 90%
Additional Information “Holiday House Martlerhof“
- final cleaning 180,-
- In winter, as well as in July and August (high season), the arrival day is Saturday. The minimum stay is 7 nights.
- The deposit is 350.- ( if you stay one week) We give it back when the house is clean and nothing is broken.
- Minimum stay is 4-5 nights
- We take at check in a deposit of 350.- Euro and send it back after check out if nothing is broken.
